The existing Loaders Civil building needed both practical and aesthetic improvement. It has been altered to provide a striking main entrance, with reception and management areas that leave an impression.
The clients wanted the building to showcase their landscaping history as well as provide a more attractive entry for staff and visitors. Renovated management areas including reception, office and meeting areas were completed, along with the staff toilets. Both floors were re-clad, and a statement roof added around the new entrance. The use of corten steel planter boxes and signage adds visual contrast and the finish will evolve over time.
